What FullyAuto Does

FullyAuto is a Chrome extension that helps car dealerships list their vehicle inventory on Facebook Marketplace. It reads vehicle information (photos, price, specs) from dealership websites and auto-fills Facebook Marketplace listing forms.

Data We Collect

FullyAuto collects and stores the following data locally on your device using Chrome's built-in storage:

• Activation code — to verify your subscription.
• Vehicle data — titles, prices, mileage, VINs, and photo URLs scraped from your dealership website. This data is used solely to fill Facebook Marketplace forms.
• Posting history — VINs of vehicles you have posted, to prevent duplicate listings.
• User preferences — your posting settings (hide VIN, custom description text, etc.).

Data We Send to Our Server

• Activation code — sent once to verify your subscription and retrieve your dealership configuration.
• Support messages — if you use the built-in support form, your name, email, and message are sent to our server.

We do not collect browsing history, personal information, or any data beyond what is listed above.

Permissions Explained

• storage — to save your settings and vehicle data locally on your device.
• scripting — to read vehicle information from dealership web pages and to auto-fill Facebook Marketplace forms.
• tabs — to open and manage browser tabs during the auto-posting process.
• alarms — to periodically refresh configuration data from our server (every 6 hours) so we can fix scraping issues without requiring an extension update.
• host permissions — to access dealership websites (to read vehicle data) and Facebook (to fill listing forms).

Third Parties

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third parties. Vehicle data never leaves your device except when you post it to Facebook Marketplace through the normal form submission process.

Data Retention

All vehicle data is stored locally in your browser and can be cleared at any time by removing the extension. Server-side activation records are retained for the duration of your subscription.
