1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the FullyAuto Chrome extension ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension.

2. Description of Service

FullyAuto is a Chrome extension that helps car dealerships list vehicle inventory on Facebook Marketplace. It reads vehicle data from dealership websites and auto-fills Facebook Marketplace listing forms.

3. Subscription and Access

Access to FullyAuto requires a valid activation code. Subscription tiers (Demo, Individual, Dealership) determine usage limits. Your activation code is personal and should not be shared.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use FullyAuto only for listing vehicles from dealerships you are authorized to represent.
• Comply with Facebook's Terms of Service and Marketplace policies.
• Provide accurate vehicle information in your listings.
• Not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the extension.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of FullyAuto is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Vehicle data is stored locally on your device. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

FullyAuto is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with all dealership websites, or that Facebook will accept all listings.

7. Limitation of Liability

FullyAuto and its developers shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, suspended Facebook accounts, or inaccurate listings.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to deactivate any activation code for violation of these terms or for non-payment.
