New from FullyAuto ยท Revvy website chat

Turn website visitors into leads, even at 2am

Revvy is a friendly cartoon car that lives on your dealership website. It asks shoppers what they want, checks your lot, and gets their name and number to your sales team. Even when the car they want isn't on your website, you still get the lead, and Revvy tells your team the moment one arrives.

Hi, I'm Revvy! ๐Ÿ‘‹ I can help you find what you're looking for.
How It Works

Three steps. A lead in your CRM.

Most people who visit a dealer website leave without saying a word. Revvy starts the conversation, and gets to the phone number fast.

01
๐Ÿ‘‹

Revvy says hi

About 20 seconds after a shopper lands on your site, Revvy pops up with Hi, I'm Revvy! I can help you find what you're looking for. and a box to type in. lambo, f150 under 40k, something with 3 rows: it gets it.

02
๐Ÿ”

It checks your lot

Revvy drives off to look, and comes back with the answer: Found it! with the car, its price and a link, or It's not here yet. It even shows cars a little over their budget, marked as over, so no sale slips by.

03
๐Ÿ“ฒ

Your team gets the lead

The shopper leaves their name, number and email, so someone can call about the car, or text them the moment it arrives. The lead lands in your sales inbox and your CRM right away.

No Car? Still A Lead.

The car isn't on your site. You still get the lead.

When a search comes up empty, most shoppers just leave. But you might have the car: a fresh trade, an auction buy, one still in recon. Revvy catches that shopper before they go.

  1. ๐Ÿ”Ž

    Their search comes up short

A second or two after a shopper searches your inventory, Revvy pops up: Don't see it? We may have one on the lot that isn't online yet. Same when they ask Revvy for a car you don't have listed.

  2. ๐Ÿ“ž

    Your team checks the lot

Revvy says We might have it, just not on the site yet! and takes their name and number. The lead lands in your inbox and CRM right away, telling your salesperson to look for one that isn't listed yet.

  3. ๐Ÿš—

When it comes in, you call first

Nothing on the lot? Revvy keeps watching your inventory and emails your salesperson the moment a match arrives, with the shopper's number and a text ready to send.

That's a lead most dealer websites never see. And every Monday your GM gets the list: what shoppers asked for that you didn't have, a shopping list for the auction.

Features

Built for how dealerships actually sell

No questions before the phone number. No leads stuck in another inbox. Nothing for your team to learn.

๐Ÿ‘€

Knows When They're BackNEW

When a shopper who left their info comes back to your website, your salesperson gets an email right then, and your CRM gets it too: who it is, their number, and the car they're looking at. Call while they're still shopping, not three days later. Your dashboard shows every page they open.

๐Ÿ“ฅ

Straight Into Your CRM

Every lead goes to your CRM in the standard ADF format that VinSolutions, DealerSocket, Elead, CDK and most others accept, with the exact car the shopper looked at (VIN and stock number), their consent, and a link to the full chat.

๐Ÿš—

"It's Here!" Heads-Ups

Shopper wants a car you don't have? The moment one hits your inventory, your sales team gets an email with the shopper's number, the car, and a text ready to send, so they reach out while the shopper's excited.

๐Ÿ“ฆ

Knows Your Inventory

Connect your inventory feed and it stays up to date on its own, or upload a spreadsheet. Revvy understands how shoppers really type: nicknames, models on their own, budgets like under 30k.

๐Ÿค

Your People Do The Talking

Revvy never texts or emails your customers. Your salespeople do, from their own phones or your CRM, so every message sounds like your store. Every lead shows whether the shopper said it's OK to text.

๐Ÿ“Š

A Monday Report

Every week your GM gets an email: how many shoppers chatted, the new leads, cars that arrived for waiting shoppers, cars sold, and what shoppers asked for that isn't on your lot. Useful when you're buying at auction.

One Line To Install

Revvy goes on any dealer website that allows a custom script, which is nearly all of them. Your website provider pastes in one line; with some platforms that's a quick support ticket. We'll help.

FAQ

Questions? Answers.

How does Revvy get on our website?
We give you one line of code. Your website provider pastes it into your site, usually the same day. Most dealer platforms allow a custom script; some ask for a quick support ticket, and we're happy to send it for you.
Does it work with our CRM?
Almost certainly. Revvy sends leads in ADF, the standard format dealer CRMs use for leads from websites and third parties, including VinSolutions, DealerSocket, Elead and CDK. Ask your CRM admin for your "ADF" or lead-intake email address, and leads flow in with the shopper's details and the car they looked at.
Where does Revvy get our inventory?
From your inventory feed (a link to a CSV or XML file from your website provider or inventory tool, or the feed behind your Facebook or Google vehicle ads), a spreadsheet upload, or our inventory API. New arrivals are what trigger the "it's here" heads-ups to your team, so a feed that updates on its own works best.
Does Revvy text our customers?
No. Revvy never texts or emails shoppers. It collects their name, number, and email and hands them to your team. The contact form has an "OK to text" box that's never pre-checked; if the shopper checks it, the lead says so, with the exact wording they agreed to and when. Your salespeople do the texting, so make sure they stop if someone replies STOP, and have your attorney look over the wording before you go live.
Can Revvy tell us when a customer is back on our website?
Yes, for shoppers who left their name and a phone number or email with Revvy. When one comes back, your sales team gets an email (at most once a day per shopper) with the car they're looking at, and the same news goes to your CRM. Your dashboard shows every page they've opened. Visitors who never gave their info stay anonymous: Revvy doesn't guess who they are.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No. Revvy is $299 a month per location, or $599 together with Marketplace Posting, and you can cancel any month. We set it up with you on a call.
Is Revvy pretending to be a person?
No. Revvy is clearly a cartoon car assistant. Its job is to find the car and get the shopper's details to your team quickly, and then a real person from your dealership follows up.
What happens when a shopper wants a car we don't have?
You still get the lead. Revvy tells the shopper you might have one that isn't online yet and takes their name and number. The lead goes to your team right away, so someone can check the lot: fresh trades and auction buys often aren't listed yet. If there isn't one, your salesperson gets an "it's here" email the moment a match shows up in your inventory, and your Monday report lists what shoppers wanted that you didn't have.
Can we try it before we buy?
Yes. Try the live demo on a pretend dealership any time, or book a call and we'll show it running with your own inventory.
